“We would like to thank the Greater Morgantown CVB and Longview Power for making this weekend’s kids event and the tournament possible”, said tournament director Tanner Tabor. “These gracious sponsors provided food and drinks for the 94 kids who came out to fish and have fun in the sun. We would also like to thank the Cabela’s Wheeling, West Virginia store for giving each child a rod and reel combo for participating in the event. Another gentleman we wish to thank is Frank Jernecik of the West Virginia DNR for coming out to both the kids rodeo and weigh-in and a special thanks to Dennis Coons with Rippin Lips, one of our many fine sponsors for attending the weigh-in”, said Tabor.
