Kerr Reservoir, in 2011, produced a new World Record Blue Cat weighing 143 lbs!
This event is sponsored by the Clarksville EDA and will be held in conjunction with the Lake County Sportsman’s Show.
Legal Water: Anglers may lauch boat any where on Kerr Reservoir, you can are not allowed to lock through ANY Lock and Dam.
Kids fishing tank will be on site at the Sportsman’s Show: Kids 12 and under who participate will receive a gift for coming. All participants are registered to win 1 of 6 $1,000.00 college scholarships drawn at the Crappie USA Classic in Oct. of this year.

Weigh-in Site: Will be held at the Lake County Sportsman’s Show! This will draw a potential 1,000 – 2,000 spectators for the weigh-in! We are taking every possible measure to make sure that the fish will not suffer because of the location of the weigh-in. Note to anglers that this location is about 8 min from the lake. Teams will be allowed to weigh fish in early because as always, all fish must be weighed in alive. We will have a special fishing tank set up to hold fish while we are running them back to the lake to ensure that they remain healthy.
